I bring 10+ years of customer-facing hospitality experience in San Francisco and firsthand knowledge of restaurant operations.

Through LINE, I’ve interviewed restaurant managers, translated operational problems into product requirements, and collaborated with an engineer on early prototypes. I’m now looking to help customers adopt, understand, and succeed with operational technology.
